Taking place from Sunday, October 7 through Sunday, October 14, 2012, this stellar celebration of food features 3-course prix fixe lunches and dinners at more than 30 fine dining establishments throughout the Lake Tahoe area. You do not need a pass, ticket or coupon to take advantage of this delightful experience. All you need to do is visit your favorite participating restaurant anytime during the week. Reservations, however, are recommended. Just contact the restaurant of your choice in advance. Prices range from $20 to $40 per person, not including tax and tip. Below are some of the restaurants that have already committed to Lake Tahoe Restaurant Week.

The Chart House in Stateline, Nevada serves up such fantastic seafood dishes as Snapper Hemingway and Shrimp Fresca, plus beef entrees like a succulent slow-roasted prime rib. Decadent desserts include Hot Chocolate Lava Cake. At Dragonfly in Truckee, California, you’ll savor the flavors of Japanese, Indian, Malaysian and Thai food. Located in Tahoe City, California, Jake’s on the Lake will tempt you with its mouthwatering selections of fresh fish and hearty steaks as well as its scenic waterfront setting. Soule Domain in Brockway, California delivers offers a variety of healthy dishes that range from sustainable fresh fish and grass-fed beef tenderloin to organic chicken and local seasonal produce. Nestled on the banks of the Truckee River, the River Grill will wow your palate with its inimitable California cuisine.
